Terms of Service (TOS) or Client Consent

1. Definitions

(a) Owner / We / Us / Our: Refers to KIRAN NANDKISHOR JAGDALE PROPRIETOR OF MH TRADE HUB, the SEBI-registered Research Analyst entity providing research and advisory services, including its employees and affiliates.

(b) User / Client / You / Your: Any individual or legal entity subscribing to or using the research services provided by KIRAN NANDKISHOR JAGDALE PROPRIETOR OF MH TRADE HUB.

(c) Parties: Collectively refers to KIRAN NANDKISHOR JAGDALE PROPRIETOR OF MH TRADE HUB and the User/Client.

2. Assent & Acceptance

(a) By subscribing to or utilizing the research services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (TOS).

(b) If you do not agree with these terms, you should not avail the services and may seek a refund immediately if applicable.

(c) Access to research services is granted only upon acceptance of these Terms and any additional relevant terms associated with specific services.

3. Service Subscription and Obligations

(a) Subscription Confirmation: By accepting the research services from KIRAN NANDKISHOR JAGDALE PROPRIETOR OF MH TRADE HUB, you acknowledge voluntary subscription and acceptance of the terms complying with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.

(b) Regulatory Compliance: Both the Client and KIRAN NANDKISHOR JAGDALE PROPRIETOR OF MH TRADE HUB must comply with all applicable SEBI laws, RA Regulations, and government notifications as amended from time to time.

4. Client Information & KYC

(a) Clients must provide complete and accurate personal and financial details as required by KIRAN NANDKISHOR JAGDALE PROPRIETOR OF MH TRADE HUB standard KYC format.

(b) Supporting documentation as per SEBI and RAASB guidelines must be submitted and will be verified with the KYC Registration Agency (KRA) regularly.

Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)

The fee charged by RA to the client will be subject to the maximum of amount prescribed by SEBI/RAASB from time to time. The current fee limit is Rs 1,51,000/- per annum per family of client.

Any assured/guaranteed/fixed returns schemes or any other schemes of similar nature are prohibited by law. No scheme of this nature shall be offered to the client by the RA.
